Our experience with Sun Valley RV was fantastic. From juggling their schedule to accommodate us when we arrived 5 hours early, to the very friendly service from the front desk right through to the technicians, we have only got things to say, and we will be back when our RV needs new accessories or parts.

I live in BC and bought a used Class B, 5 Mars Imagine, from Sun Valley this summer after seeing it advertised on Kijiji. My experience of the purchase was excellent in all ways. There were no surprises when I finally saw the van and it has been all that I wanted it to be, so I am indeed a happy camper.

Andy Martens, helped in all the ways I needed to fly out and drive the van home: He had an independent inspection done (required by law for Manitoba purchases but not required for out of province sales), replaced the auxiliary batteries as the existing ones were not holding a charge well, came and picked me up in Winnipeg (1 1/2 hr each way ), arranged temporary insurance and was overall reliable and helpful. He and the rest of the staff gave me all the time I needed to answer all my questions and cover contingencies to enable me to drive my new van home. It worked smoothly to purchase from out of province,(which I had always thought I would never do!) with the only slight hassle being that the amount of temporary insurance in Manitoba for insuring it to drive home is less than the value of the van and getting supplementary insurance in BC was quite expensive comparatively. The agents in my small town were a bit flummoxed but it would probably be easier in a larger city where they are used to such transactions I think. I wholeheartedly recommend dealing with Sun Valley as my whole experience was positive and I found them to be completely trustworthy, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with.
